Saturday, November 02, 2019
According to Homesoftherich.net, the two purchased a stone mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut.
This comes a couple of months after Brady put his Brookline, Massachusetts home on the market.
The Connecticut Home
According to Homesoftherich, the Connecticut mansion sits on 10 acres of land and was built in 1990.
It features approximately 14,862 square feet of living space with 7 bedrooms, 8 full and 4 half bathrooms, 2-story foyer with staircase, 2-story great room, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen, breakfast room, family room, gym, indoor pool, 3-car garage and more.
Outdoor features include a motor court, balcony, patios, gardens, swimming pool, and a tennis court.
Latest on Brady and Patriots
The purchase of the Connecticut home comes as speculation and rumors continue to circulate as to what is Brady’s future with the Patriots.
Earlier this week, the online sportsbook Bovada, listed the Chicago Bears and LA Chargers as favorites to land Brady in free agency at +1200 and +275 respectively.
A return to New England is -210, while Brady retiring from football is +210.
The rumors and speculation started back in August when details of Brady’s latest contract were released.
Brady is receiving an $8 million raise for the 2019 season, and makes a total of $23 million.
However, the contract does not allow the Patriots to franchise or transition tag Brady for the 2020 season.
Additionally, the final two years of the deal automatically void on the last day of the 2019 league year, making him a free agent.
