Worcester Research Bureau Announces Two Upcoming Events

The first November event will take place at WPI

The Research Bureau has announced two events set to take place in early November.

The first is a lecture titled "Explore the Intellectual Capital of Worcester" and will take place on Monday, November 2nd at 5 p.m. at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Dr. Pamela McCauley will be the feature speaker and will discuss the global ergonomics of Ebola and Other Infectious Diseases and the ability of combating fear through innovation.

The second event will host a panel discussion titled "Leading Worcester: Cultivating Talent in Business and the Community" on Thursday, November 5th from 3:30 - 4:30 p.m. at the DCU Center.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Dr. Jan Yost, Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts and the discussion will feature Eric Batista, Adelante Worcester,  Scott Beaird, Fallon Health, Kathryn Zingg Hunter, YMCA of Central Massachusetts, and Timothy Murray, Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce.
